Luis Lavrador
The son of a chef, Luís Lavrador grew up surrounded by flavours, stories, and a passion for hospitality. Today, he leads FAMA’s kitchen with the same philosophy: opening the doors of the house and welcoming each person as a friend, so they feel truly at home around his table
In addition to leading FAMA, he is also the Chef of the Portuguese National Football Team, taking Portuguese gastronomy beyond the four lines. In the restaurant, this experience translates into a cuisine where tradition, local products, and the joy of sharing a good meal always come first.
